We process our payments in £GBP British Sterling but are able to accept currencies from across the globe. Please use the currency converter at the top of the page to select your region.
What currencies do you accept?
If you are using our stealth mail order form and would like to send your payment in the post, we are able to accept: GBP, USD, EUR, CAD and JPY. Please do not send coins.
Feeling stealthy? We are able to accept discreet orders mailed to us in the post! Simply click on “print an order form” on the homepage and fill in your details. Alternatively you can make your selections online and place an order as usual, once you reach the checkout select from these two options: Cash In Post or UK Postal Order
Please send your order with payment, this can be Cash or a UK Postal Order if you are within the United Kingdom. To ensure it reaches us safely, please send it by recorded delivery. What countries do you ship to?
Dr. Chronic is able to ship worldwide, however you must ensure that you check your local laws and restrictions before you order. It is your responsibility to check your local laws. By ordering you confirm that you have checked it is ok and legal to receive cannabis seeds in your area. Dr. Chronic will not be held responsible for the actions of people who purchase cannabis seeds.
If I am buying in bulk, can I get a discount?

Can I buy single seeds?
Some of the seed banks we stock offer single seeds for those of you who like to mix and match. After all, variety is the spice of life!
How do you package your orders?
For security reasons we do not like to give specific information about our packaging. However we are able to give some indication of how we send our orders. Please visit our dedicated SHIPPING PAGE for more info.
Is your shipping discreet?
Here at Dr. Chronic we know discrete shipping is top priority. That’s why we go the extra mile when we package your orders, to ensure they are as stealthy as possible. All orders are packed into plain business style envelopes or padded bags (depending on your chosen option). We use a discreet UK based return address and mention nothing of our company name or the contents on the package. Please visit our dedicated SHIPPING PAGE for more info.
When will I receive my package?
Once payment has cleared, UK orders take 1-3 working days to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 7-28 working days. However on many occasions this is a lot quicker. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services and will require a signature. International orders are usually delivered by your local national postal service.

Is your seed selection the same in-store as it is online?
Although we try our best to have the best selection available to view in-store, sometimes we may not have what you require. Unfortunately due to the vast range of seeds we stock it is not physically possible to keep them all onsite. All seeds are kept at a dedicated storage facility and can be ordered in store for collection the next day. (Mon-Fri)

Can I return or exchange my Seeds?
Yes! All of our seeds are covered by our no quibble returns policy. If you have decided that you don't want your seeds or would like to swap them, please return them to us within 28 days of purchase. Seeds must be returned undamaged and unopened in their original packaging. We are unable to refund any postage or packing charges.
We are unable to exchange or refund seeds that have been repacked at your request. Due to UK restrictions, we are unable to give refunds to people who have attempted to germinate their seeds as this is against the law. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning your items.
My seeds are damaged?
From time to time, the lousy mailman may damage your package. Not to worry! The Doc is here to help. Please return your seeds to us in their original packaging and we will either issue a replacement or a refund. We will also refund you any postage charges for sending them back to us! Please ensure you contact us prior to returning your items. Note that we are unable to replace any free seeds.
How much is postage and packaging?
Postage for all orders over the value of £85 is completely free! Orders under £85 will be charged a small shipping fee, this is calculated at the checkout depending on which shipping option you select.
